Today I want to tell you about my favorite moment here at Acquario: breakfast.
For me, a holiday truly begins when you sit down at the table without rushing and breathe in the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
That’s why every morning, from 7:30 to 11:00, our Wow Breakfast is waiting for you.
You can choose where to enjoy it:
in our breakfast room or on the veranda right by the sea. And yes—it makes all the difference.
Monica, Nicoletta and I prepare it every day with just one goal: to start your day with a smile.
You’ll always find:
homemade cakes and cookies, croissants, waffles and pancakes to fill just the way you like:
chocolate spreads, jams, honey and indulgent creams
I love honest, simple cooking—the kind that smells like home: flour, eggs, sugar, butter.

Prefer savory? Here, it takes center stage.
Our breakfast is also designed for those who like to start the day with bold flavors:
scrambled eggs and bacon
local cured meats and cheeses
pizza, focaccia and savory croissants
freshly prepared vegetables every day
It’s a rich buffet, but above all a varied one—so you can try something different every morning.

A true buffet, designed to be delicious, complete and satisfying.
You’ll always find:
